Working principle of Horizontal continuous carbonization furnace
Horizontal continuous carbonization furnace equipped with: biomass gasifier, gas purifier, fan, the mixed gas burner, Carbonization furnace and other equipment.
Horizontal continuous carbonization furnace , make full use of in the process of carbonization of carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen and other combustible gas, through the flue gas purification system isolated from wood tar, wood acid liquid pure combustible gas, through the self-made air burner to burn fully, high temperature carbonization heating pipeline (temperature control in 600 degrees left and right). There are four layers of carbonization furnace internal pipeline from top to bottom, the first, the two layer is the third layer of pipe preheating drying, low-temperature carbonization pipeline, the fourth layer is the high temperature carbonization pipeline. First, the two layer is provided with an independent exhaust pipe to discharge steam pipeline with the furnace waste heat for drying of material, water the steam from the exhaust. Third, the four layer is provided with a combustible gas recovery pipeline independent, high temperature carbonization of carbonization of pipeline material, the decomposition of carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen and other combustible gas, through the flue gas recycling pipeline net The burner is heated by the combustion of the pipeline, and the effect of the heating and carbonization of the reciprocating cycle is achieved. The primary carbonization ignition source is supplied by the biomass gasification furnace.
