Vertical ring die pellet mill's advantages:
1. Transmission: continuation of three generations of our flat die pellet mill, using high-precision gear drive of gearbox ,with automatic hydraulic oil circulation system to ensure the transmission of life and the pellet mill job stability.
2. Vertical Motor: vertical work, its outstanding feature is the mounting holes in the output shaft as the center, surrounded by equally spaced, so that the machine runs with greater power and stability.
3. Fan System: particle machine work warehouse located on one side, be free to control their working hours, the main role is to help work in the pellet mill warehouse dust and exhaust steam.
4. The work piece parts: mold and the pressure roller are used alloy steel, heat treatment processing independently , the hardness of up to 52 or more, both to ensure the granulation effect, and also enhance the life, work out in the grounds outside type, centrifugal force and the pressing force combined to increase production while ensuring the hardness and density of the particles, using a roll of 3-8 unique design to increase the frequency of squeeze, increase production.
5. roll automatic oiling system: Come on time and working time can be freely controlled, refueling frequency can be freely adjusted according to the working hours, so that the machine can work 24 hours non-stop, and avoid downtime fuel consumption of time and labor costs. Greatly enhance the work efficiency.
