Toothed roll peeling machine is the dedicated device for debarking the wood logs, mainly used in the pulping and paper-making factory, man-made board factory and plywood board factory using wood logs as raw material. The wood logs is put into the peeling silo of the peeling machine from the top of the machine frame nearest to the driving end, there is a peeling roller with the diameter 630mm and the length 11385mm, also one toothed plate in both of the sides at the bottom of the peeling silo, the surface of the roller has 336 pieces of gear in total in a certain arrangement. By the driving of the motor and transmission parts, the toothed peeling machine rotates in a certain direction, peeling some bark directly, meanwhile the rotary peeling roller stirring the wood logs in the peeling silo, rolling over the stacked wood logs up and down, under the action of rubbing force or hit and crash each other between the wood logs, the bark of the wood logs surface will be stripped down gradually and carried out by the belt conveyor feeling off the roller and toothed plate.
