Brief introduction:
This series of wood chipper have the advantages of advanced structure, high quality wood chips, raw material wide adaptability, simple operation, easy maintenance. The machine is made up of machine base, knife-roller, upper and lower feed roller, belt conveyor, hydraulic system, etc. The machine base frame, which is the supporting base of the whole machine, is made of high density steel plate welded together. The knife-roller installs with two or three, four fly knife, which is fixed on the knife-roller with the special manufactured fly knife screw bolt and through the thrust piece. According to the different thickness of the cutting material, the upper feed roller can float up and down within a certain range via the hydraulic system. The qualified cutting wood chips fell down through the screen mesh, discharge from the bottom, the larger wood chips will be cut again in the wood chipper. The hydraulic system, from the oil pump to the oil cylinder, can start the lid, easy to replace the fly knife. The upper feed roller can be raised when repairing, convenient for adjusting the gap between the fly knife and bottom knife, and dismounting pecten board.
Application: Pulping and paper-making industry, shaving board, fiber board, man-made board manufacturing industry, etc
Usage: Cutting the wood logs, brushwood, slab, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalk and other non-wood fiber stalks into wood chips with certain specification
